The location of this home is just fantastic!  It’s nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood, but less than one mile from world famous Siesta Key home of the #1 beach in America!  One of the things that makes Siesta Key so special is the sand, it’s just like powdered sugar.  For a more unique experience, try Point of Rocks Beach which is 1.7 miles from the house.  This rare geologic feature is a great place to view birds and marine wildlife, and it is also next to a scenic beach. You are literally less than 5 minutes from all that Siesta Key has to offer including many great restaurants (The Daiquiri Deck and Captain Curt’s Crab and Oyster Bar are two of our favorites) plus quaint boutiques and tons of activities such as boat rentals, snorkeling tours, parasailing, and deep sea fishing charters.  You are also within striking distance of Sarasota which offers easy access to a wide variety of grocery stores, fabulous restaurants, golf courses, bike trails, shopping, cultural activities and a whole lot more.  One thing is for sure, at this house, you will never run out of things to do!
