Pool heat is expensive to run and not everybody wants it.  To keep our prices reasonable, it is not automatically included, however, it can be added for an extra $17 per day.

We provide beach chairs, umbrellas and a variety of other beach gear such as wagon and cooler.  If there is something of special importance to you, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.

Yes, of course, we always provide a bunch of freshly laundered beach towels.

If you are traveling between June and November, please be aware that this is hurricane season in Florida.  We can’t provide refunds for bad weather, however, we always provide a full refund if there is a government issued mandatory evacuation.  If you are worried about this, you may want to consider travel insurance.

Travel insurance is always a good idea because it is designed to protect you against unexpected occurrences like last minute cancellation, medical problems or weather interruptions.  In addition to protecting the cost of your vacation rental, some plans will cover things like air fare and car rental too.  We don’t sell it directly, but there are several reputable providers available on the internet.

Do you charge for pool heat?  Pool heat is expensive to run.  To keep our prices reasonable, it is not included as part of your vacation rental, however, it can be added for $17.00 per night.  If you would like the pool heated just let us know the duration and desired temperature.
